Terms of Service
Premier Inflatable Rentals LLC
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of www.premierinflatablerentals.com (the “Website”) and rentals and related services provided by Premier Inflatable Rentals LLC, doing business as Premier Inflatable Rentals (“Premier Inflatable Rentals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide bounce houses and inflatable slides for dry or wet use at approved event locations in Florida.
By checking the required agreement box and completing an online reservation, the person making the booking (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and any applicable rental agreement and liability waiver. If you do not agree, do not place a reservation. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, safety instructions and the liability waiver signed at delivery.
2. Eligibility and Accurate Booking Information
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, billing, event, and delivery information and to notify us promptly of any material error. You represent that you are authorized to arrange the event and allow equipment installation at the designated location. A parent or responsible adult—not a minor—must make the reservation.
3. Reservations and Full Payment
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A RESERVATION. A reservation is confirmed automatically only after our online checkout records successful payment in full. A selection placed in a cart or a reservation attempt without successful full payment does not reserve equipment.
Once confirmed, the selected equipment is allocated to your rental date and withheld from other potential bookings for that date. Reservations are subject to accurate information, adequate space, a safe and accessible installation site, and compliance with these Terms. We may contact you if additional details are needed to deliver the rental.
4. All Sales Final; No Refunds for Customer Cancellation
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF HOW FAR IN ADVANCE THE RESERVATION WAS MADE.
By completing payment, you acknowledge that equipment is reserved exclusively for your event date and removed from availability for other customers. Accordingly, subject to applicable law and the specific exceptions described in these Terms, we do not issue refunds for customer-initiated cancellation, changes of plans, scheduling mistakes, event postponement, failure to obtain venue permission, or inability to use the rental for reasons within the Customer’s control.
Ordinary customer-requested rescheduling is not offered. The weather-credit process in Section 5 and the company-cancellation process in Section 6 are separate exceptions. Nothing in these Terms takes away a remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Unsafe Weather and Future Rental Credits
Safety comes first. If severe or unsafe weather prevents us from safely installing or providing the rented inflatable on the scheduled date, we will provide a credit toward a future rental instead of a cash refund, subject to applicable law. Weather may include lightning, dangerous winds, severe storms, or other conditions that make inflation, anchoring, or operation unsafe under manufacturer guidance and our safety assessment.
A weather credit is applied toward a future booking, subject to equipment availability and safe conditions on the new date. If the new rental price or delivery charge exceeds the credit, the Customer is responsible for the difference before the new reservation is confirmed. Contact us through our Contact Page to arrange use of a credit. Credits are not cash refunds.
A Customer’s preference not to hold an event, absent weather that prevents safe provision of the rental, remains a customer-initiated cancellation under Section 4. If hazardous weather interrupts use after equipment has already been delivered and made available, please contact us; any resulting adjustment will be assessed under the circumstances and applicable law. Customer safety obligations in Section 12 always apply.
6. When We Cannot Fulfill a Reservation
If we cannot fulfill a confirmed reservation because of equipment failure, unexpected operational difficulties, or circumstances for which the Customer is not responsible, we may offer an equivalent or reasonably comparable replacement, a mutually agreed new rental date, or a refund for the affected rental. We will discuss available options with you promptly.
We will not require you to accept materially different equipment or an alternative date in place of any refund or other remedy required by law. If we cannot provide the reserved service or an alternative you accept, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable service as required by applicable law. This section does not change the no-refund policy when service cannot proceed because the Customer fails to meet site, access, presence, or safety requirements.
7. Payment Processing and Disputed Charges
Payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge displayed at checkout. You will have an opportunity to review the rental cost and any disclosed delivery charges before paying. No sales tax is collected or due on rentals; the amount displayed at checkout is the full amount charged.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Page so we can investigate. Your legal right to contact your card issuer and dispute an unauthorized or improper charge is not restricted by these Terms.
If a payment dispute is ultimately established to have been knowingly false or otherwise improper, and it directly causes us reasonable, documented processing or administrative expenses, we may seek reimbursement of the actual recoverable expense up to $40. This amount is not an automatic chargeback penalty, does not apply merely because a Customer initiates a good-faith dispute, and will be sought only when permitted by applicable law and relevant payment-network and payment-provider rules. We will not charge a disputed card again without appropriate authorization.
8. Rental Products and Rental Period
We rent bounce houses and inflatable slides intended for dry or wet use, depending on the product selected. The rental period is the period displayed for the selected equipment at checkout or in your reservation confirmation. Because rental duration varies by product, “full day” and similar descriptions refer to the period specifically stated for that booking; they do not automatically promise a 24-hour rental.
Overnight or multi-day use is permitted only when expressly included in the confirmed reservation. The equipment remains our property at all times. Do not continue using equipment beyond the agreed rental period or prevent scheduled retrieval.
9. Florida Service Area, Delivery and Setup
We serve approved locations throughout Florida, subject to availability and our ability to deliver and safely install equipment. Standard rental pricing includes delivery, setup, and removal. Additional delivery charges apply for locations outside Hillsborough County, Pasco County, and Pinellas County. Those charges are disclosed before checkout.
Delivery and removal times are estimates, not guaranteed appointment times, and may change because of traffic, weather, route conditions, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. The Customer must ensure our team can access the setup site during the agreed delivery and removal windows.
10. Customer Presence and Site Access
A responsible adult must be present at delivery to receive the equipment, provide access, review placement, and complete the required liability waiver. If no responsible adult is present or our team cannot access the property after reasonable efforts, we may cancel delivery and the payment will remain nonrefundable to the extent allowed by law.
The Customer must ensure a clear path for moving equipment to and from the installation area. Gates, doors, fences, stairs, and other access features must allow safe passage. Please advise us of obstacles, restricted access, parking limitations, or other relevant site conditions before the delivery date.
11. Installation Requirements and Refusal of Setup
Before arrival, the Customer must provide a reasonably level, clean, stable, sufficiently spacious and accessible area suitable for the selected inflatable, with safe clearance from obstacles and hazards. The Customer is responsible for providing suitable electrical access and, for wet-use products, an adequate water connection. The area must be clear of sharp objects, debris, pet waste, standing water, and other hazards.
The Customer is also responsible for obtaining the property owner’s permission and disclosing site issues such as underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other features that may affect safe anchoring. Our staff determine placement and anchoring based on site conditions and applicable manufacturer instructions.
We may refuse installation or discontinue setup if the location is unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, lacks required utilities, or fails to meet equipment requirements. If this results from conditions the Customer is responsible for, the reservation is nonrefundable, to the extent permitted by law. We are not required to install equipment contrary to safety requirements.
12. Safety, Adult Supervision and Proper Use
The Customer must provide continuous, active adult supervision whenever an inflatable is in use. Premier Inflatable Rentals does not provide attendants or on-site supervisors. A responsible adult must enforce the equipment’s posted rules and our staff’s safety instructions. Participants must follow all age, height, weight, and occupancy restrictions and any manufacturer requirements.
The following are prohibited: exceeding occupancy or weight limits; roughhousing, pushing, flips, climbing outside designated areas, or other dangerous play; shoes, jewelry, sharp objects, food, or drinks inside inflatables; animals on or inside equipment; unauthorized moving, tampering, unplugging, deflating, or modification; and applying water to inflatables not specifically approved for wet use. Do not permit unsafe mixing of users of substantially different sizes when prohibited by posted rules or instructions.
For wet-use equipment, maintain safe water usage and prevent electrical equipment or connections from contacting water. Never use an inflatable with visible damage, poor anchoring, loss of air pressure, or other unsafe conditions. Stop use, remove all participants, and contact us if a problem arises.
13. Severe Weather During a Rental
If lightning, strong or gusting winds, heavy rain, severe storms, or other dangerous conditions arise, stop use immediately and remove all participants. Follow the manufacturer’s posted weather and wind restrictions and all instructions from our personnel. Do not operate equipment when conditions are unsafe, even if the scheduled rental period has not ended.
We reserve the right to suspend use, deflate, shut down, or retrieve equipment when necessary for safety. Do not attempt to relocate, re-anchor, or restart equipment contrary to our instructions. Weather safety decisions do not create a right to a cash refund contrary to Section 5 or applicable law.
14. Equipment Care, Damage and Loss
The Customer is responsible for exercising reasonable care of the equipment throughout the rental period, including preventing misuse, unauthorized access, theft, loss, and damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by the Customer, event participants, or persons under the Customer’s control.
Where allowed by law and to the extent caused by such conduct, the Customer may be responsible for reasonable, documented cleaning, repair, or replacement costs associated with punctures, tears, damage from improper use, missing equipment, or theft. Ordinary wear and tear is excluded. We may provide an itemized explanation of any damage claim. The Customer must not attempt repairs or modifications without our authorization.
15. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Inherent Risks
A responsible adult renting the equipment must sign our standard liability waiver at delivery and before the equipment is made available for use. The same standard waiver is used for our rental equipment. If the required waiver is not completed, we may decline installation or use; when this results from the Customer’s failure to meet the booking requirements, the payment is nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
Inflatable activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, slips, and other injuries. The Customer is responsible for informing participants and supervising adults of the applicable rules and foreseeable risks and for following all instructions. The separately signed waiver governs its specific terms. Nothing in these Terms or the waiver is intended to waive rights or exclude liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
16. Accidents, Injuries and Equipment Problems
If an accident, injury, malfunction, anchoring issue, air-pressure problem, or other safety concern occurs, stop use immediately and keep participants away from the equipment until it is safe to resume. For a medical emergency, call 911.
The Customer must notify Premier Inflatable Rentals promptly through the Contact Page or the contact method provided with the reservation. Cooperate reasonably in providing accurate information needed to investigate the incident and protect safety. Do not continue using equipment believed to be unsafe.
17. Permits, Property Permissions and Venue Rules
The Customer is responsible for obtaining all permissions, permits, approvals, and authorizations required for the event location. This includes, where applicable, parks, schools, homeowners’ associations, apartment communities, municipalities, venue operators, and property owners.
The Customer must confirm in advance that the selected equipment is permitted at the location and that the venue allows our delivery, setup, power requirements, water use, anchoring methods, and removal. If required permissions are missing or venue rules prevent installation, the resulting customer-initiated cancellation or refused setup is nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
18. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary because of unsafe conditions, suspected fraud, material inaccuracies in a booking, threatening or harassing conduct, unlawful activity, a material violation of these Terms, or equipment misuse.
Where the reason is within the Customer’s control, the no-refund provisions may apply to the extent permitted by law. If we discontinue service for reasons not attributable to the Customer, the options and remedies in Section 6 apply as appropriate. We will not discriminate unlawfully in providing services.
19. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false reservations, or use automated means that disrupt normal service. Website text, photographs, designs, logos, and other content owned by Premier Inflatable Rentals are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate but may correct errors and update availability. If an error materially affects a completed booking, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their terms and policies govern their services.
20. Liability and Customer Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of booking, except where such limitations are prohibited by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability or uninterrupted inflatable use during unsafe conditions.
The Customer remains responsible for compliance with these Terms, proper supervision, and damage or losses caused by the Customer’s or supervised participants’ misuse or negligent acts, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded; limits nonwaivable consumer remedies; or substitutes for the separately signed liability waiver.
21. Florida Law, Good-Faith Mediation and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without applying conflict-of-laws rules that would require another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Before filing a civil lawsuit arising from a rental dispute, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally through the Contact Page. If that does not resolve the dispute, they agree to attempt nonbinding mediation in Hillsborough County, Florida, or remotely if both sides agree. Unless otherwise agreed, each party pays its own expenses and the mediator’s charges are shared equally. Either party may proceed to court if mediation cannot be arranged or does not resolve the matter within a reasonable time.
This mediation requirement does not prevent a party from bringing an eligible small-claims case, seeking urgent court relief, exercising statutory consumer rights, or initiating a lawful credit card dispute. Subject to applicable law and jurisdictional requirements, lawsuits not resolved by mediation shall be brought in the state courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, or a federal court with proper jurisdiction serving that location.
22. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. Stripe and other third-party services may also maintain their own terms and privacy policies. The Privacy Policy is separate from these rental and website Terms.
23. Changes, Severability and Entire Agreement
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, services, or applicable law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes generally apply to bookings made after the updated Terms are posted; material changes to an existing confirmed reservation require agreement or another lawful basis.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the confirmed reservation details, and the applicable signed rental agreement and liability waiver form the agreement for the rental. If terms conflict, a more specific signed rental agreement controls the specific rental matter, except that nonwaivable rights always prevail.
